Q: What deposit is required to secure my photo shoot with 1GS Photos? 

A: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is REQUIRED to secure a date for your shoot. 

 

Q: When is the remaining balance due?

A: The remaining balance is due at shoot. 

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy? 

A: At least 2 days required to reschedule, or deposit is forfeit. No exceptions.

 

Q: Can I pay by credit card? 

A: Yes, 1GS Photos accepts all major credit cards. Visa, Amex, Discover, Mastercard.

 

Q: If I pay by check who do I make the check payable to? 

A: All forms of payment must be made out to: 1GS PHOTOS

 

Q: What should I wear to my photo shoot? 

A: Everyone has a different style. I will go over your wardrobe choices in the beginning stages to see what you are comfortable in.  Bring about 3-4 different wardrobe choices. Jewelry should be non-distracting. 

 

Q: What if I don't like any of my photos? Can I re-shoot for free? 

A: Re-shoots are only available if the photographer is at fault (ie: faulty equipment, sickness, deletion, or any damages caused by the photographer). 

 

Q: How many photos can you shoot in an hour?

A: For event coverage the average is about 100 images per hour prior to editing. 

 

Q: How do I get my images after my event?

A: A USB copy of your images will be  mailed to you 14 business days after your shoot date. Online viewing, sharing and ordering is provided. 

 

Q: What if I lose my USB? 

A: A replacement USB can be provided at replacement fee of $50.00 dollars.

 

Q: How long will you store my images? 

A: We will store your images for up to 1 year.
