Welcome. I'm Francine Dominguez owner and chief photographer here at 1GS Photos™. 

 My career started with the actors Don Johnson and Cheech Marin on the set of the television show called Nash Bridges in San Francisco, California when I was 23 years old. I spent many early mornings and late evenings on-set surrounded by movie crew geniuses. My first job was working as a production assistant on music videos and television commercials. I worked many positions from script supervising to video editing and eventually securing a full time position with a commercial production company. The most important rule of I learned is to not waste time. I made it my goal to research the back story of each project to produce the 1 Good Shot Photo (1gsphotos) my clients will love. 

My friends say I am a wanderer, a loner, a gracious hostess with a silly and crass sense of humor. I'm passionate about New York City cuisine & spirits, personal portraits and commercial production. What makes me different is the technical education I received at The Amercian Film Instutite in Los Angeles, California. My commitment to publish visual stories and the sacrifices I continue to make for my art. When I am not working you can find me walking my American Pit Bull Terrier, Bella or sipping wine at Crescentandvine in Astoria, Queens.
